Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy :
Standard Shipping / Domestic (Within India) : 7-10 working days from the dispatch date.
International Shipping : For orders outside of India please send an email with your full name, address and the product you would like to buy and we will get back to you with your total amount including the shipping charges.
Most of our products are made to order so it would take around 2-3 weeks for the order to be dispatched.
Returns Policy :
We make our products with love, passion, a lot of care and in a sustainable way to ensure everyone involved in the process gets benefitted. And therefore we want you to love your purchase as well! Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, there might be slight variations and imperfections which makes no two products alike and each product is unique, one-of-a-kind piece. We believe it’s one of the beautiful aspects of owning a handmade and naturally dyed product.
We have a no return/exchange policy at the moment unless the product is defective or damaged during transit. Every product is checked and approved prior to dispatch to ensure a standard quality of products. In such a case, please get in touch with us at shop.akanestudio@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
Refund (If Applicable) :
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you regarding the same and also regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment and you will receive the refund within 7-10 days.
Exchanges (If Applicable) :
We only replace items if they are damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at shop.akanestudio@gmail.com and return your item to us.
Shipping :
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
